Preventative Maintenance Performed
  • Complete inspection of all units
Heating Inspection
  • Inspect heat exchange for cracks
  • Test all high limit and safety controls
  • Operate igniters and flame sensors
  • Lubricate all bearing and motors
  • Test voltage and amp draws
  • Check, adjust and align belts and pulleys
  • Test and operate economizer
  • Provide inspection report
  • Provide repair quotes as necessary
Cooling Inspection
  • Start and test compressors
  • Check refrigerants levels and pressures
  • Inspect condenser coils
  • Inspect evaporator coils
  • Test all safeties and thermostats
  • Test condenser motors and PSI. SW.
  • Test and operate blower motor
  • Check, adjust, and align belts and pulleys
  • Test and operate economizer
  • Provide inspection report
  • Provide repair quotes as necessary
Refrigeration Inspection
  • Start and test compressors
  • Check refrigerant levels and pressures
  • Inspect condenser coils
  • Inspect evaporator coils
  • Test all safeties and thermostats
  • Inspect all door gaskets
  • Check box temperatures/adjust as needed
  • Clean condenser coils every visit
  •  Test and check evaporator motors
  • Provide inspection report
  • Provide repair quotes as necessary
  • Remove and replace air filters
  • Chemically clean condenser coils during the spring and summer inspections
  • Change belts as needed
  • Provide repair quotes as needed after each inspection
  • Complete equipment list – updated annually
